Sandbox buildings infinitely produce resources. To unlock them, press F1, enter cheats.enable, then research.set RNSandboxTools 1. Note that enabling cheats will permanently tag your savegame and remove access to some features like the Operator Level leaderboard, this isn't an issue if it is done in a sandbox save (different save from your main save).
